Andy Radford currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Smith & Nephew plc, leading all legal aspects of global M&A and investments. In addition to Miach, Andy also sits on the board of Cartiheal Ltd. Prior to Smith & Nephew Andy was an M&A lawyer at international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills. He holds an LLB from Durham University, England.
