Lisa Donnelly joined Miach Orthopaedics as chief marketing officer in 2026. She brings more than 25 years of medical device experience with deep expertise in orthopedic and sports medicine marketing, product strategy, and commercial leadership.

Prior to joining Miach, Donnelly served as vice president, U.S. marketing at CONMED, where she led product management, digital marketing, medical education, professional affairs, and sales enablement. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership positions at Tecomet, Soft Robotics, ConFORMis, Arthrosurface, and CSA Medical, following 15 years in research & development and marketing leadership roles at Smith & Nephew and DePuy Mitek (Johnson & Johnson). She also holds multiple orthopedic device patents and serves on the board of Kyniska Robotics. She earned a master of business administration from Babson College and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in plastics engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
