Matt Snodgrass joined Miach Orthopaedics as vice president of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in 2025. He is a seasoned quality and regulatory leader with more than 25 years of experience in medical devices, spanning early-stage start-ups through global manufacturers, and a track record of building scalable quality management systems that support product development, regulatory clearance and commercial growth.

Most recently he served as vice president of regulatory affairs and quality assurance at IlluminOss, where he led EU MDR certification for the company’s implantable products. Prior to that, he was vice president of quality assurance at RefleXion Medical, where he built the quality organization from the ground up and supported the first-in-world De Novo clearance of its biology-guided radiotherapy platform. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Boston Scientific as director of quality across multiple divisions, leading the post-acquisition quality integration, FDA inspection readiness and commercial launch of newly acquired technologies, including Asthmatx, IOGYN and Rhythmia Medical. Additional experience includes a quality leadership role at Hansen Medical and engineering and operations roles at DePuy, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Snodgrass holds a master of science in regulatory affairs from Northeastern University and a bachelor of science in industrial technology and operations management from Rhode Island College.
